People are extremely content to live on the Isle of Man. In a recent survey* 96% of resident AB's indicated they were satisfied with the Island as a place to live. The Island's beautiful countryside, its suitability for family life and safe environment were cited among the best things about living on the Island (*Source MOLI Life Survey 2002)
There is a wealth of diverse leisure pursuits for residents and visitors, with an emphasis on outdoor activities. For example you can sail on our coastal waters, go diving, mountain-biking or enjoy a myriad of other sports at our excellent indoor leisure facilities. Fishing is plentiful and golf can be played on the Island's many golf courses, two of which are challenging links courses.
There is an extensive cultural scene including rock and classical music concerts from leading performers, theatre productions, and - of course - the Island is home to the world famous Tourist Trophy (TT) Motorcycle races.
